Catching Up: Lessons Three and Four

I'm a bit behind on my lessons... so here's me trying to catch up!

How To Be A Fat Bitch: Lesson Three
Week Three's assignment is to challenge yourself to wear something that you might have felt wary about in the past. Break up your routine with something different and you might open yourself up to some radical new styles!"

I'm super excited about this assignment! I've been wanting to revamp my wardrobe for a long while now and haven't gotten around to it. I'd love to go thrifting and try out some new styles, but honestly money's a bit tight right now and I don't know if I'll be able to do that anytime soon. I really need to get a new job :/

But! I think a good cheap substitute would be for me to try to get into doing my makeup. I never really went through a makeup phase when I was younger -- I never learned how to do anything, so I'm pretty damn clueless as to what I should do and what would look good on me. I've been trying to ease into it a bit -- I've even bought some new shades of lipstick! Even though I love them, I'm still feeling a bit weird about wearing them out in public. I'm not used to drawing attention to myself, or having to worry about accidentally touching my face and smudging something, so I've been a bit paranoid. I would really like to get into the habit of wearing lipstick out and about, though, so that's what I'll try to do for this assignment until I'm able to go clothes shopping :) Here are a couple of the shades I've purchased recently (and have only worn around the house, because I feel that silly).

How To Be A Fat Bitch: Lesson Four
This lesson is all about loving your fat body, and seeing beauty in other fat bodies despite what the media says. Our assignment is to create a tribute to a fat body. Your fat body or somebody else's. Make a papier mache figure, draw a silhouette,  photograph your rolls, curate a collection of images of bodies similar to yours, etc."

It's a bit late for me to do anything about that right now, but keep an eye out for it in the (hopefully) near future! I have a few ideas up my sleeve ;)
